Flow Summit was Workplace by Facebook’s first global leadership event in Menlo Park. The summit brought together industry leaders to explore the future of collaboration and connection using Workplace within their organisations.
The event needed a flexible identity system that captured ‘Flow’, focusing on movement, adaptability and shared ideas.
Working closely with event planners and marketing teams, I developed digital, print and environmental assets that made the event feel cohesive, vibrant and memorable.
Custom logo featuring dynamic wave elements, symbolising the seamless flow of ideas and teamwork.
Gradient-based colour palette inspired by fluid motion and adaptability, reinforcing the theme of transformation.
Typography set in Workplace's signature font, ensuring brand cohesion.

Outcome and impact
The new event identity gave Flow a distinct, cohesive look that captured its core message and energy. The design not only made the event visually striking but also helped engage the audience, making the experience more memorable.
By creating adaptable assets for both digital and physical spaces, the identity ensured consistent branding and stronger recognition throughout the event.
